I am a fiber artist and a wearable artist. I hand dye fabric, hand bead garments and fiber. Recently I have discovered jewelry designs. My current love is soy wax on fabric. I have prepared several screens for screen printing and hope to play with those next month. I am also taking drawing and painting class from a website from the UK called Drawspace.com.
I have earned diplomas from City and Guilds–a school based in the UK that teaches classes on the internet. My diplomas are in Creative Sketchbook and Quilting and Patchwork. I highly recommend the classes and the teachers.
I do several craft shows a year with a friend. We sell embellished jean vests, hand dyed scarves and beaded jewelry. This year we added hair accessories.
